WHAT EXACTLY IS VAGINAL STEAMING?
Vaginal steaming (*yoni steaming, pelvic steaming, v-steaming) is an ancient healing practice using herbs and steam (or sometimes simply steam) to support the pelvic region, aiding in postpartum recovery.
IS VAGINAL STEAMING ONLY FOR POSTPARTUM SUPPORT?
Absolutely not! Aside from providing gentle, natural, and effective support for postpartum healing, the steaming process can offer a myriad of ways to support the menstrual cycle, as well as overall health.
BENEFITS OF VAGINAL STEAMING:
CAN EVERYONE VAGINAL STEAM?
Unfortunately, there ARE some hard contraindications to steaming. Those include pregnancy, when TTC after insemination, during active menstruation or active spotting, or if you have two periods per month (spontaneous bleeding).
VAGINAL STEAMING SERVICES OFFERED:
CUSTOMIZED INTAKE AND SINGLE STEAM SESSION ($66): This session starts with a thorough intake process where I will determine the appropriate herbal blend, steam set-up, and steaming plan. You will then sit comfortably over your herbal steam while you can choose to either participate in a guided meditation or a wellness consultation.
30-DAY POSTPARTUM STEAM WITH SEAT RENTAL ($250): This session begins with a thorough intake process where I determine the appropriate gentle herb blend specific for your needs. I will be there to facilitate your first steaming session (virtually, if appropriate), as well as instruct you in continuing your steam plan for the next 30 days. You will receive enough herbs for the 30-day period, as well as access to me via email and text for support. For your last steam session on the plan, I will be present (virtually if appropriate) for the session and give you a customized steam plan for the year to follow. (Package without seat rental = $130)
10-DAY CESAREAN STEAM WITH SEAT RENTAL ($150): This program includes the same benefits as the 30-Day program, except that it is for 10 days only (due to cesarean) and will start at six weeks postpartum. (Package without seat rental = $99)
